At Mono & Poly, we are real estate professionals with more than 15 years in the business. After years of working successfully together, we founded a company that brings a property brokerage service to the market and looks after buyers to the highest possible standard.

We provide professional training for new real estate agents and salespeople, and so help raise the standard of the whole real estate market. We have long specialised in off-market sales to investors from our private portfolio, and we can handle the marketing of a development project for our clients, including the entire sales process from launch to the sale of the very last unit.

We hold to lasting values rooted in social responsibility, and we value the trust our partners and clients place in us. From every transaction we close, we give 2% of the revenue to children without a home, in partnership with the BJP Foundation.

Free valuations are everywhere. But how good are they?
Quick, free online property valuations are tempting, but they are rarely accurate. A proper valuation needs detailed information about the property's condition, its location and its legal situation. The purpose matters too: a valuation for a sale, for probate or for a divorce settlement each has different requirements.
